As of 21 Feb 2021, India Compliance supports only reports intended for India's new iVEDA portal. Reports intended for the discontinued DAVA portal no longer generate but remain in the Web UI for historical purposes.

Product Report Details

Missing / Incorrect Values Info Exchange Notifications
The product has a Target Market of India in Product Master Data. "Target Market for the product [GTIN] is set to IN."
The India Compliance Owner does not have an IN - MFR identifier in Product Master Data. "India MFR Code is required for [Manufacturer ID Type] [Manufacturer ID Value]."

The reported product has Minimum Temperature, Maximum Temperature, Temperature Scale, and Sensitive to Light values in Product Master Data, but the values do not match one of the acceptable combinations defined by the Indian government. Export Tertiary Packaging Report Details

Missing / Incorrect Values Info Exchange Notifications
The event workflow to generate the Export Tertiary Packaging report is enabled, but the items in the shipment do not have an Export Market of India in Product Master Data. "[GTIN] does not have an Export Market of India in Product Master Data."

Additional Troubleshooting Information

Search is case insensitive.

  • Use * (asterisk) wildcard only, for single terms only (no quoted phrases).
  • AND operator is implied between multiple terms; results will include all of the multiple terms.
  • OR operator results will include either of the multiple terms.
