View Workflow Configuration

Overview

Select the View icon in the Actions column for any workflow with a configured recipient list or sender list on the Manage Workflow screen.

View and export a workflow's current recipient list or sender listconfiguration.

Workflow Event Information

  • Event – The event that occurs within TraceLink.
  • Event Source – The name of the app where the event occurs.
  • Application – The type of app where the event occurs.
  • Resulting Actions – The action that TraceLink automatically prompts when the event occurs. If selected, the event triggers the action listed.

  • Recipient Application – The name of the app that receives the automatic action when the event occurs.

    Displays instead of the existing sender configuration for the workflows that support a list of recipients or senders instead of a list of senders.

  • Sender Application – The name of the app that sends the automatic action when the event occurs.

    Displays instead of the existing recipient configuration for the workflows that support a list of senders instead of a list of recipients.

Recipient Configuration

Displays instead of the sender configuration for the workflows that support a list of recipients instead of a list of senders.

  • Recipient List – The type of configuration applied to the companies included in the recipient list, displays one of the following.
    • -- (blank) – No companies are currently added to the recipient list.
    • Inclusion List – Only the companies included in the recipient list receive the workflow's Resulting Action message or event.
    • Exclusion List – Only the companies not included in recipient list receive the workflow's Resulting Action message or event.

    • Displays instead of the sender configuration for the workflows that support a list of recipients instead of a list of senders.

    The first 100 companies included in the recipient list display alphabetically in the table. Export the table to view all recipients.

  • Company Name – The company's name.
  • Company ID – The identifier type and value used to identify the company, as entered on the Manage Partners screen.

Sender Configuration

Displays instead of the recipient configuration for the workflows that support a list of senders instead of a list of recipients.

  • Sender List – The type of configuration applied to the companies included in the sender list, displays one of the following.
    • -- (blank) – No companies are currently added to the sender list.
    • Inclusion List – Only the companies included in the sender list send the workflow's Resulting Action message or event.
    • Exclusion List – Only the companies not included in the sender list send the workflow's Resulting Action message or event.
