Company Members
Overview
Select the Company Members
icon in the Actions column on the Applications screen.
- Manage the users that have access or are pending access to their company's application. For example:
- Invite users to join the app.
- Resend a Link invitation as a reminder.
- Cancel a Link invitation sent to a user who should not have access to the app.
- Revoke a user's access to the app.
- Update a user's role within Change Management to make them either a Member or Change Owner. (Make the user a Change Owner if they need to edit changes, and make the user a Member if they should have view-only access.)
- Download the list of users to a CSV file for future reference.
Search Criteria
- – The name of the user within the company that is linked to the app.
- – The email address of the user within the company that is linked to the app.

- Name – The name that the Owner assigns to their app.
- Owner – The company that owns the app.
- Description – The Owner's description of the app (displays as -- if the Owner did not enter a description).

Results Table
- Status – The status of the user.
(Active) – The user accepted the Link invitation for the app.
(Inactive) – The user has been removed as a user within the app.
(Invited) – The user received the Link invitation for the app but has not responded yet.
- User Name – The full name of the user.
- Role – The user's role within the app.
- Manager – The user is the Manager of the app for the company.
- Member – The user has access to the app as a member of the company.
- Email – The email address of the user.
- Last Login – The last time the user logged in to TraceLink.
- Last App Access – The last time the user accessed the app.
Only available for Change Management and Supplier Issue Tracking. -- displays for all other apps.

Add Member Dialog Box
- – The Member's email address.
Before a user can be linked to an application, the user must be a Member on the TraceLink Network associated with the company in Administration > Users.
Available Actions

Select the Search icon (
) on the left to reveal the search fields. - Enter a in the text field.

The results display in the table.

.The Add Member dialog box displays.

The dialog box closes, and the company member receives an email with the Link invitation. The member must accept the Link invitation to join the app.
- Select the Remove
icon in the Actions column for any row with an
Active Status. The Remove Member? dialog box displays.
- Select .
The dialog box closes, and the Member remains in the table with a Status of
Inactive.
Member's Roles can only be edited by an Owner Manager for a Change Management app.
- Select the Edit
icon in the Actions column for any row with an
Active Status. The Edit Member screen displays.
- Select the Resend Invitation
icon in the Actions column for any row with an
Invited Status. The Resend Invitation dialog box displays.
- Select .
The dialog box closes, and TraceLink resends the Link invitation.
- Select the Cancel Invitation
icon in the Actions column for any row with an
Invited Status.The Cancel Invitation? dialog box displays.
- Select the in the dialog box.
The dialog box closes, and TraceLink cancels the Link invitation
- Select directly above the results table.
The file downloads.

Error Messages
Error messages display on the screen in red text:
