Operational Reports How-Tos

Search for Previously Generated Operational Reports

Select the Operational Reports option on the left.
Select the View Operational Reports link.
The View Operational Reports screen displays.
Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
Select the date that the reports were Created On Or After from the date picker.
Select the date that the reports were Created On Or Before from the date picker.
Select one of the following operational reports from the Report Type drop-down:
Select the Search button.
The results display in the table.

Tips

Download the report by selecting the link in the File Name column of the results table.

Generate a Commissioned Serial Numbers Report

Select the Operational Reports option on the left.
Select the Create Operational Reports link.
The Create Operational Reports screen displays.
Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
Select Commissioned Serial Numbers from the Report Type drop-down.
Enter the Internal Material Number or Country Drug Code for an item in the Product type-ahead field.
Enter a Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number in the Lot Number field to generate a report with only serial numbers in a certain lot.
Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
- Creates the report.
  The report file name format is [Serial Number State]-[Product Identifier]-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv. If the Lot Number contains a special character (e.g. /, <, >, "), the file name displays it as a hyphen (-).
- Displays the Serialized Operations Manager default screen.
- Displays the confirmation message "Your report is being created and will be available on the View Operational Reports screen when complete."

Generate a Lot Summary Report

Select the Operational Reports option on the left.
Select the Create Operational Reports link.
The Create Operational Reports screen displays.
Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
Select Lot Summary from the Report Type drop-down.
Enter the Internal Material Number or Country Drug Code for an item in the Product type-ahead field to generate a report with only information about a certain product's lots.
This field is optional if a Market Code is entered.
- Select Enter another product code to include the lot summaries for more than one Product in the report results.
- Select the Remove icon () to remove a Product.
Enter a Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number to include only information for that specific lot in the report.
Enter the 2-letter ISO 3166-1alpha-2:1997 Country Code in the Market Code field to include only information on lots with that specific Target Market in the report (required if a Product has not been entered) .
- Select the Add icon () next to Enter another Market Code to include the lot summaries for more than one Target Market in the report results.
- Select the Remove icon () to remove a Market Code.
Select a Date Range to include only lots with serial numbers that are commissioned or registered within a certain time-period in the report (maximum range of 30 days).
- On Or After - The start date for the report results.
- On Or Before - The end date for the report results.
Enter the identifier of the packaging plant where the initial commissioning event occurred in the Commissioning Location field, as entered in Company Master Data (optional).
Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
- Creates the report.
  The report file name format is [Serial Number State]-[Product Identifier]-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv.
- Displays the Serialized Operations Manager default screen.
- Displays the confirmation message "Your report is being created and will be available on the View Operational Reports screen when complete."

Generate an Uncommissioned Serial Numbers Report

Select the Operational Reports option on the left.
Select the Create Operational Reports link.
The Create Operational Reports screen displays.
Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the Show Data From drop-down in the upper right.
Select Uncommissioned Serial Numbers from the Report Type drop-down.
Select one of the following serial number states to include in the report from the Status drop-down:
Select a Date Range to include only serial numbers that are decommissioned or destroyed within a certain time-period in the report (maximum range of 30 days).
- On Or After - The start date for the report results.
- On Or Before - The end date for the report results.
Enter the Internal Material Number or Country Drug Code for an item in the Product field to generate a report with only information about a certain product's serial numbers (optional).
Enter the Lot Number associated with the Packaging Code, Country Drug Code, or Internal Material Number that identifies the serial numbers for the report.
Enter the identifier of the packaging plant where the initial commissioning event occurred in the Commissioning Location field, as entered in Company Master Data (optional).
Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
- Creates the report.
  The report file name format is [Serial Number State]-[Product Identifier]-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv.
- Displays the Serialized Operations Manager default screen.
- Displays the confirmation message "Your report is being created and will be available on the View Operational Reports screen when complete."
