Create Operational Reports

Select the Operational Reports drop-down in the left-hand panel.

Generate reports about commissioned serial numbers within a lot, a particular lot's status, or uncommissioned serial numbers for a given lot number, packaging code, or in the entire Serialized Operations Manager repository.

• Commissioned Serial Numbers Report - Reports on a lot or batch of serial numbers, including the state of each serial number and aggregation hierarchy, with a Product code and Lot Number.
• Lot Summary Report - Reports on lots or batches in TraceLink with a Product code or Market Code.
• Uncommissioned Serial Number Report - Reports on Decommissioned or Destroyed serial numbers with a Product (packaging) code within a specific date range (within 30 days or less).

Each report contains specific contents applicable to the report type. The following field listings are included in each report.

Commissioned Serial Numbers Report

TraceLink provides the following values for each serial number in the lot:

Serial Number Parent Serial Number Internal Material Number Country Drug Code and Type Packaging Product Code and Type

Packaging UOM Lot Number Expiration Date Manufacturing Date Initial Commission Location

Serial Number State Item State Item Damaged Item Expired Item Misplaced

Item Disposed Item Recalled Item Sampled Item Dispensed Lot Quality Released

Additionally, for each report that references the serial number, that number's Report Type and Report Date Time display.

Lot Summary Report

TraceLink provides the following values for each lot:

Internal Material Number Country Drug Code and Type Lot Number Expiration Date

Manufacturing Date Initial Commission Location Total Commissioned

TotalCommissioned is the quantity of commissioned serial numbers (quantity of serial numbers ever commissioned across packaging levels with a packaging level product code - excluding SSCC pallets). This does not represent the current state of the serial number, which means that decommissioned and destroyed serial numbers in the batch are included in the count.

Uncommissioned Serial Numbers Report

TraceLink provides the following values for each serial number in the lot:

Serial Number Internal Material Number Country Drug Code and Type Packaging Product Code and Type Packaging UOM

Lot Number Expiration Date Manufacturing Date Event Date Event Location

Serial Number State Item Damaged Item Expired Item Misplaced Item Disposed

Item Recalled Item Sampled Item Dispensed Lot Quality Released

Additionally, for each report that references the serial number, that number's Report Type and Report Date Time display.

1. Select the desired entity in the Show Data From drop-down at the top of the screen.
2. Select Commissioned Serial Numbers Report from the Report Type drop-down.
3. Enter the Product in the type-ahead field or select the type-ahead icon to see all Internal Material Numbers and Country Drug Codes.
4. Enter a Lot Number in the text field.
5. Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
   • Creates the report.
     • The report file name format is Commissioned-[Product Identifier]-[LotNumber]-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv

       If the Lot Number contains a special character (e.g. /, <, >, "), the file name replaces it with a hyphen (-).

   • Navigates the user back to the Serialized Operations Manager default mode.
   • Displays a confirmation message.
   • Sends an email notification with a link to View Operational Reports.

1. Select the desired entity in the Show Data From drop-down at the top of the screen.
2. Select Lot Summary Report from the Report Type drop-down.
3. Enter the Product in the type-ahead field or select the type-ahead icon to see all Internal Material Numbers and Country Drug Codes.

   Enter if Market Code is unavailable.

   • Select the Add icon () next to Enter another product code to enter more than one Product.
   • Select the Remove icon () to remove a Product.
4. Enter a Lot Number in the text field.
5. Enter the Market Code in the type-ahead field if the Product is unavailable.
   • Select the Add icon () next to Enter another market code to enter more than one Market Code.
   • Select the Remove icon () to remove a Market Code.
6. Select the On or After date from the date picker.
7. Select the On or Before date from the date picker.
8. Enter the Commissioning Location in the type-ahead field.
9. Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
   • Creates the corresponding report.
     • The report file name format is LotSummary-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv
   • Displays a confirmation message.
   • Sends an email notification with a link to View the Operational Report.
   • Navigates the user back to the Serialized Operations Manager default mode.

2. Select Uncommissioned Serial Numbers Report from the Report Type drop-down menu.
3. Select a Status from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the Product in the type-ahead field
   • Select the Add icon () next to Enter another product code to enter more than one Product.
   • Select the Remove icon () to remove a Product.

5. Enter a Lot Number in the text field.

6. Select the On or After date from the date picker.
7. Select the On or Before date from the date picker.
8. Enter the Commissioning Location in the type-ahead field.
9. Select the Submit button. If the report processes successfully, TraceLink:
   • Creates the corresponding report.
     • The report file name format is [Serial Number State]-[Product Identifier]-[DDMonYYYY]-[HHMMSS].csv
   • Displays a confirmation message.
   • Sends an email notification with a link to View the Operational Report.
   • Navigates the user back to the Serialized Operations Manager default mode.

Errors either display at the top of the screen or are found in Info Exchange (may vary):
