Monitor exceptions

When issues occur with requested or commissioned serial numbers, Owners can search for and view serial number exceptions and summaries of their issues for all configured packaging codes over a specified period of time.

Monitor exceptions

  1. Hover over Modules in the top left of any screen, and then select Serial Number Exchange.
  2. In the Go To drop-down in the top right, select Exception Reports.
  3. In the Search Criteria section, fill in one or more of the following fields to filter the results:
    1. Service drop-down – The Serial Number Exchange apps that are available to the user.
    2. Company - Location drop-down – Required. The name of the company or location that links to Serial Number Exchange.
    3. Occurred On Or After field – The date that the exceptions occurred on or after.
    4. Occurred On Or Before field – The date that the exceptions occurred on or before.
  4. Select Search.

    The results display in the table.

Tips

  • Select Export Results to CSV to export a copy of the results table as a CSV file.
  • Select the column name to reorder the table in ascending or descending order based on the values in that column.

  • Select the link in the ServiceLink column to view its allocation reports.
  • Select the link in the Serial Numbers Requested or Serial Numbers Used columns to view the exception's details.
