Troubleshooting

Create Shipment

Error Message Description
This Delivery Number has already been used in a prior shipment. Delivery Number is not unique across all shipments in the app.
Delivery Number [Delivery Number] already exists for a previous outbound shipment. [Delivery Number] entered already has been used in a Transaction History (and its status is not Void).
Shipment with Delivery Number [Delivery Number] has been saved. You can update its information and complete it in the future. [Wholesaler or Pharmaceutical Manufacturer] No errors picking/reserving product added with wholesaler option.
Shipment [Delivery Number] has been saved, however [count of failed picks] of the products you specified could not be picked. The shipment cannot be submitted until all products have been successfully picked. Update Product Information. [Wholesaler or Pharmaceutical Manufacturer] Errors picking/reserving product added with wholesaler option.
Shipment with Delivery Number [Delivery Number] has been submitted. All validations pass.

Create Transaction History from Received Paper

Error Message Description
The file could not be uploaded because it exceeds the maximum limit of 50 mb. User exceeds file size limit of 50MB for scanned file.
NDC cannot be used because not enough information has been specified for it in Master Data. The NDC in master data does not have an "Item Information" where "Language Code"="English" or "Item Information" where "Language Code"="English" exists, but one of the following fields does not have a value: Strength, Dosage Form, Container Size (called PACKAGE SIZE / SPEC in master data).
Value must be a valid positive whole number. An invalid value was entered in the "Quantity" field.
For Direct Purchase Statement Type to be blank, at least 2 prior histories must be specified. " " (blank) is selected for "Direct Purchase Statement Type," but at least 2 prior histories were not entered.

Update Shipment

Error Message Description

Additional Troubleshooting Information

When scanning, entering, or uploading a file to populate serial numbers, each number must be:

  • On a separate row.
  • Without any special characters.
  • In one of the formats below:

The format is the AI(01)(21) serial number in barcode format:

  1. First is the 01 Application Identifier
  2. Followed by the GTIN-14 number
  3. Followed by the 21 Application Identifier
  4. Followed by the serial number

    Example: 010088202401033921725368249416

Used for:

  • Pallets
  • Mixed cases

The format is the AI(00) serial number in barcode format:

  1. First is the 00 Application Identifier
  2. Followed by the SSCC-18 code

    Example: 00008820200000050254

Used for:

  • Items
  • Innerpacks
  • Bundles
  • Cases and Shippers

The format is the full 20-digit China serial number, as in this example: 81102302020117515452
