Info Exchange Overview

Select Info Exchange from the User Menu drop-down in the top right of the screen.

Info Exchange is the application (app) used to monitor and troubleshoot TraceLink data interaction and translation between companies and their Partners. Users monitor messages exchanged among TraceLink, Owners, and their Partners.

Getting Started in Info Exchange

Users have the ability to view messages from any app that they belong to.

Some actions and screens are only available to Company Administrators.

Available Functions

  • Info Exchange – Monitor and troubleshoot message exchanges with Partners.
  • View Transaction Details – View message details, download the input and output files, and review the message's processing status.
  • Import File – Manually trigger a message by importing a file containing the Info Exchange message.
