Request Information Report

Select the Request Information Report button on the Search Information Requests screen.

Request information from the EU Hub about a particular product to verify the information that the EU Hub has on record.

• Report Type - The type of report.
  • Product Master Data Report - View the product and response information associated with the specific Master Data Report.
  • Pack Disclosure Report - View information about a specific EU Hub alert and its cause.
• Data Scope - Specifies which products to request information for. Displays only if the Report Type is Product Master Data.
• All Products - Request data from all products that have been reported to the EU by the user's company.
• Specific Product - Request data about a specific Packaging Code or Internal Material Number.
• Item Code - The Country Drug Code or Internal Material Number for the product. Displays only if the Report Type is Product Master Data for a Specific Product.
• Alert ID - The Alert ID sent from the EU Hub (visible in an EU Hub Alert report). Displays only if the Report Type is Pack Disclosure.

1. Select Pack Disclosure from the Report Type drop-down.
2. Enter the Alert ID in the text field.
3. Select the Submit button.

   The Search Information Requests screen displays with the confirmation message "Your information request has been submitted to the EU Hub. You will be able to download it from the table below when it is available."

1. Select Product Master Data from the Report Type drop-down.
2. Select a Data Scope from the radio buttons.
3. Enter an Item Code (required if requesting the report for a Specific Product).
4. Select the Submit button.

   The Search Information Requests screen displays with the confirmation message "Your information request has been submitted to the EU Hub. You will be able to download it from the table below when it is available."
