Search Information Requests

Overview

Select Search Information Requests from the Go-To: picker on the Search Compliance Reports screen.

Access the reports that have been sent from the EU Hub to TraceLink. These reports provide visibility into the information that the EU Hub has on record.

Search Criteria

  • Report Type - The type of report.
    • Product Master Data Report - View the product and response information associated with the specific Master Data Report.
    • Pack Disclosure Report - View information about a specific EU Hub alert and its cause.
    • EU Alert Report - View a list of EU Hub alerts received during a certain time period.
  • Created On Or After (GMT) - Reports that occurred on or after this date.

    Default value is one week prior to the current GMT date.

  • Created On Or Before - Reports that occurred on or before this date.

    Default value is the current GMT date.

Results Table

  • Date Created - The date the report is sent from the EU Hub or generated in TraceLink.
  • Report Type - The type of report.
    • Product Master Data - View the product and response information associated with the specific Master Data Report.
    • Pack Disclosure - View information about a specific EU Hub alert and its cause.
    • EU Alert - View a list of EU Hub alerts received during a certain time period.
  • File Name - The name of the report. Select the File Name link to download the report.

Available Actions

If the Search Fields are not visible, select the blue arrow to the left of Search Criteria section.

  1. Select a Report Type from the drop-down.
  2. Select the Date on or after (GMT) date from the date picker.
  3. Select the Date on or before (GMT) date from the date picker.
  4. Select the Search button.

    The results display in the table.

  1. Select the Request Report Information button.

    The Request Information Report screen displays.

  1. Select the Request EU Alert Report button.

    The Request EU Alert Report screen displays.

  • Select the link in the File Name column of the results table. A CSV File downloads. See Troubleshooting for guidelines on opening TraceLink CSV files.
  • Select the Export Results to CSV link to download a copy of the results table as a CSV file.
