Serial Number Status by Lot

Use the Serial Number Status by Lot report to review commissioned serial number counts by their latest status for a specific product and lot number. The report uses the most recent event for each serial number to determine its current serial number status and item status. The report groups serial numbers that share the same serial number status, item status, and associated location, transaction, and reason codes. Each summary row displays product and lot details, the status combination, and the total number of units in that group.

To view the Serial Number Status by Lot Summary report:

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.
  2. Select OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse.
  3. Select Serial Number Status by Lot.

    The report is displayed.

OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse displays reports that are created and configured in OPUS Reports and Dashboards. For more information about creating and configuring reports, see the OPUS Reports and Dashboards help center.

The following columns are displayed for the Serial Number Status by Lot report:

  • Product Name – The name of the product associated with the lot.
  • Product Description – The description of the product associated with the lot.
  • Dosage – The dosage information recorded for the product.
  • Item Code – The code that identifies the item associated with the lot.
  • Item Code Type – The type of identifier used for the item code.
  • Lot Number – The lot or batch number associated with the serial numbers.
  • Strength – The strength recorded for the product.
  • Serial Number Count – The number of unique serial numbers commissioned for the item and lot that share the listed serial number state, item status, and associated transaction, location, and reason code details.
  • Serial Number State – The current state of the serial numbers, based on their latest recorded events.
  • Item Status – The current status of the items associated with the serial numbers, based on their latest recorded events.
