Serial Number Status by Location

Use the Serial Number Status by Location report to review serial number counts by location, item, lot, serial number state, and item status.

To view the Serial Number Status by Location report:

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.
  2. Select OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse.
  3. Select Serial Number Status by Location.

    The report is displayed.

OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse displays reports that are created and configured in OPUS Reports and Dashboards. For more information about creating and configuring reports, see the OPUS Reports and Dashboards help center.

The following columns are displayed for the Serial Number Status by Location report:

  • Location Identifier Value – The identifier of the location associated with the serial numbers' latest recorded events. For shipment and receipt events, this identifies the destination location.
  • Location Identifier Type – The type of identifier used for the location.
  • Business Name – The business name associated with the location.
  • Item Code – The code that identifies the item associated with the serial numbers.
  • Item Code Type – The type of identifier used for the item code.
  • Lot Number – The lot or batch number associated with the serial numbers.
  • Strength – The strength recorded for the product.
  • Serial Number Count – The number of unique serial numbers for the listed location, item code, item code type, lot, serial number state, and item status, based on each serial number's latest event within the past six months.
  • Serial Number State – The current state of the serial numbers, based on their latest recorded events within the past six months.
  • Item Status – The current status of the items associated with the serial numbers, based on their latest recorded events within the past six months.
