Reconcile Lots

Use the Reconcile Lot report to identify lots with serialization activity in the past six months and review their earliest commissioning details.

To view the Reconcile Lot report:

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.
  2. Select OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse.
  3. Select Reconcile Lot.

    The report is displayed.

OPUS Track and Trace Lakehouse displays reports that are created and configured in OPUS Reports and Dashboards. For more information about creating and configuring reports, see the OPUS Reports and Dashboards help center.

The following columns are displayed for the Reconcile Lot report:

  • Lot Number – The lot or batch number associated with the item.
  • Item Code – The code that identifies the item associated with the lot.
  • Item Code Type – The type of identifier used for the item code.
  • Commission Date – The date and time of the earliest commission event for the item code, item code type, and lot.
  • Expiration Date – The expiration date of the lot recorded in its earliest commission event.
  • Product Name – The name of the product associated with the lot.
  • Product Code – The code that identifies the product associated with the lot.
  • Target Markets – The markets for which the product is intended, as recorded in the lot's earliest commission event.
  • Commission Location – The location identifier recorded in the earliest commission event for the item code, item code type, and lot.
  • Commission Location Identifier Type – The type of identifier used for the commission location.
