Features
Search Receipts by Serial Number
Companies that own Serialized Operations Manager can now search for receipts and receive products by scanning or entering a product’s serial number, either at the unit level (each) or as an aggregated SSCC. This functionality removes the need for complex workarounds and lets users identify products directly from the Search Receipts screen, enabling a faster, more intuitive receiving process. Previously, users had to use Smart Inventory Tracker (SIT) or complete a multi-step process through the Serialized Items search screen to locate the related delivery.
As part of this feature, following changes are made in the Search Receipts screen:
- A new field is introduced in the Filters section.
- The existing field is now separated to in the Filters section. Business and Location-specific filters are introduced in filters.
- The existing drop-down is moved to the section from the Filters section.
The drop-down is a mandatory field. If this filter is removed, the search query will not return any results.

Resolved issues
Serialized Operations Manager, solution version 3.0.1
The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers.
| ID | Interface | Issue Description |
|---|---|---|
| CMCP-41569: Unexpected Error When Opening Receipts With Serial Numbers Outside Original Delivery | Web UI |
This issue occurred when users scanned a product with a serial number that was not part of the original inbound receipt during the receiving process. In such cases, the system displayed an unexpected error when opening the receipt, and the Order Item table showed incorrect counts in the Product and Container Summary tab. With this update, products scanned outside the original inbound receipt are displayed as separate line items in the Product and Container Summary tab, ensuring accurate counts and visibility. This issue is resolved. |
