Email replies to exceptions could not be processed after the exception due date had passed because of a due date validation requirement. This validation has been removed, allowing users to continue adding comments to exceptions through email regardless of the due date. This issue is resolved. |
| CMCP-43097: Attachments Added Through Email Comments Cannot Be Downloaded | API |
Attachments included in email replies were visible in compliance exception comments but could not be downloaded from the Compliance Exception View page. This issue occurred because the attachments were associated with the email transaction instead of the corresponding work item. This issue is resolved. |
