Removed CAPTCHA from Shipment Notice Search

The Google reCAPTCHA on the Shipment Notices Search screen is now removed as access to the application is already restricted to authenticated and approved users. Removing the additional CAPTCHA verification step enhances the user experience by eliminating a redundant step in the shipment notice search workflow.

PIM Shipment Notice Support for NDC 10 in DSCSA R1.3 Shipments

PIM Shipment Notices now supports DSCSA R1.3-ready shipment data by displaying NDC 10 identifiers in addition to NDC 11 identifiers.
