Assign Product Information Exchange roles

See the Administer Help Center for information about how to assign Product Information Exchange roles to users.

  • Application Administrator – Allows users to view, filter, and export shipment notices, as well as administer the Product Information Manager app on the Opus Platform by adding users and assigning roles to them.

  • Member - Classic Access – Allows users to access the classic Track & Trace Services (TTS) Product Information Exchange screens through the Opus Platform.

Set up notifications

All users can sign up to receive email notifications based on certain events. See the Opus Platform Help Center for more information.

 

  • Recall Transaction Processing Failed - The users receive a notification when a new recall transaction processing fails.
