UI features

The following new or updated UI functionality will be included in this release.

Info Exchange File Name and Transaction ID in Reconcile Lots and Review Serial Number Events Reports

The Reconcile Lots and Review Serial Number Events reports now display the Info Exchange file name and transaction ID for the certain events. The Info Exchange file name and transaction ID helps Owners of Serialized Product Intelligence to find the file in Track and Trace Services and download the file contents.

The following events now display the Info Exchange file name and transaction ID:

  • Commission
  • Shipment
  • Void Shipment
  • Receipt
  • Void Receipt

With the addition of the Info Exchange file name to the Reconcile Lots report, the data in this report is now grouped and sorted by each Info Exchange File.

The following example illustrates how data displayed previously and how data displays when this feature is included:

Sample data before inclusion of Info Exchange file name

Lot Number,Operation Date,Operation,Serial Number Count,Commission Location......,Event Processed Date,,
LOTEKLR4,2025-02-19,Commissioned,10,North Reading MA 72908660.0000.3,,

Sample data after inclusion of Info Exchange file name

Lot Number,Operation Date,Operation,Serial Number Count,Commission Location........,Info Exchange File Name,Info Exchange ID,,
LOTEKLR4,2025-02-19,Commissioned,6,North Reading MA 72908660.0000.3,IE_File1.xml,IE_id1,,
LOTEKLR4,2025-02-19,Commissioned,4,North Reading MA 72908660.0000.3,IE_File2.xml,IE_id2,,

Based on the sample data above, if a specific lot of medicines, had 10 serial numbers, this data displayed as a single entry with the lot information and serial number data. However, after the inclusion of Info Exchange file name, this data is now sorted based on the number of Info Exchange files that are logged for this lot. So, if there are 2 files, first with a record of 6 serial numbers and the second with a record of 4 serial numbers, the data displays as 2 separate entries.

This feature is supported in Serialized Product Intelligence, solution version 8.0.0 and is not compatible with earlier versions.
