This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Serialized Product Intelligence, solution version 10.0.0 release, which is available on Validation on 30 Sep 2025 and Production on 28 Oct 2025.

Generate Reports Using Multiple Lot Numbers or Transaction IDs
Owners can now generate the Review Serial Number Events and Reconcile Serial Number reports using up to 10 Lot Numbers or Transaction IDs, removing the need to run individual reports for each Lot Number or Transaction ID. To generate these reports for multiple Lot Numbers or Transaction IDs, enter up to 10 values in the or field, separated by vertical bars (e.g. POYM396C3DW6 | RBZT982A4WC8 | WNCM148C3DE9).

Track Serial Numbers by Location in Reconcile Serial Number Reports
Owners can now generate Reconcile Serial Number reports based on product location. In the Dashboard view, they can see a bar graph displaying serial numbers by location, grouped by expiration month. In the Table view, Owners can view the Latest Known Location and Latest Known Location ID for each serial number. This location-based tracking helps Owners analyze inventory at a specific site and take proactive measures to prevent stock-outs or other supply risks.
To generate Reconcile Serial Number reports by location reports, Owners must provide the , , and .
On the dashboard, Owners can view the statistical data for serial numbers by location irrespective of the search criteria. For e.g. if an Owner searches serial numbers by Transaction Identifier, they can still see location-based data for those serial numbers on the dashboard.
This feature supports location-based tracking for serial numbers only for reports generated after the Serialized Product Intelligence, solution version 10.0.0 release.
