Generating an Inventory Report

You can create an inventory report to view the transaction history (TH) inventory for your locations.

Generate an Inventory Report

To create an inventory report:

  1. Select Compliance > US Product Track in the Modules menu.
  2. In the Go To menu on the top right, click Manage Product Status.
  3. Click Create Inventory Report.
  4. Under Select Locations, you can do either:
  • Keep the default All My Locations option enabled to create a report that provides compliance inventory data for all of your company’s locations in Company Master Data.
  • Select Just Locations(s) Listed Below to specify the locations for which you need a compliance inventory report. Select a Location and click the Add Another Location link on the right to add more.

  1. Under Choose Dominant Pick Model, select one of the following:
  • NDC Only Picking - Results will be grouped by NDC
  • NDC and Lot Picking - Results will be grouped by NDC and lot
  1. Under Select NDCs, you can do either:
  • Keep the default All NDCs option enabled to create a report that provides inventory data for all your company’s products in Product Master Data.
  • Select Just NDC(s) Listed Below to specify products for which you need an inventory report. Click the drop-down icon and select an NDC. If you type the beginning of the number, TraceLink auto-completes the number. Click the Add Another NDC link on the right to add more.
  1. Optionally, select Include NDCs with zero available inventory.
  2. If this option is unchecked, performance is greatly improved and the report size is reduced.

    Select this option if you need a full NDC listing. In this case, the report includes THs that have been depleted in inventory through pick/ships, decrements, and void operations.

  1. Click Submit.

  2. TraceLink generates the inventory report and when complete, the report appears in the list. You might need to refresh your browser to see the generated report in the list.

  1. Click the report filename to view the inventory spreadsheet.
  2. The inventory report shows the quantities of the products at the locations you specified.
