Features
Integrate Recall Information from Product Information Exchange
Companies that own Serialized Operations Manager, Product Information Exchange, Agile Process Teams (for Recalls), and onboarded to SOM on Opus, can automatically receive recall information. When enabled, the impacted lot and the serial numbers associated with the product's NDC and lot number combinations are automatically marked as recalled in Serialized Operations Manager. If the updated recall information is received from Product Information Exchange after integration, Serialized Operations Manager automatically updates the impacted lot numbers. Previously, Serialized Operations Manager users had to manually mark the lot as recalled for the impacted NDC and lot number combinations.
