Update status
Serialized Operations Manager Owners can manually update or correct the serial number status, item status, and attributes for one or more serial numbers to account for any operations that did not automatically update or for some reason require a manual update.
In this release, warehouse operators can only correct statuses. Other types of updates will be available in a future release.
Correct a serial number's status
Serialized Operations Manager Owners can correct the serial number status and item status for one or more serial numbers previously set incorrectly. For example, an Owner might need to update the Shipped to Available because it was accidentally added to a completed shipment even though the physical item associated to the serial number is still in the warehouse.
fromThe sole purpose of this action is to correct data. Correcting the serial number status updates the data in TraceLink and might generate a compliance report for certain updates. See the compliance solution's help center for more information.
