Material Specification Evaluations

1. Title field – Enter a title for the material specification evaluation. This field is required.
2. Description field – Enter a description or additional context for the material specification evaluation.

2. Description field – Enter the summary of the evaluation.
3. Evaluation Reason field – Select the reason for initiating the material specification evaluation.
4. Product Type field– Select the product domain applicable to the evaluation.
5. Applicable Productsfield – Enter the product or products for which the material qualification applies.
6. Business Priorityfield – Select Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
7. Due Date – Specify the target completion date.

1. Initiator Companyfield – Review or update the initiating company information, including Business Name, Identifier Type, and Identifier Value.
2. Assignee Companyfield – Review or update the assigned company information, including Business Name, Identifier Type, and Identifier Value.
3. Assignee Userfield – Review or update the assigned user's Email and Name.

1. Material Name field – Enter the material name.
2. Material Code field – Enter the ERP or material master identifier.
3. Material Category field – Select the classification of the material.
4. Material Type field – Select the applicable material type based on the Material Category.
5. Material Grade field – Select the grade of the material being qualified.
6. Material Grade Details field – Enter additional material grade details.
7. Consuming Site field – Identify the site or sites where the material will be used.
8. GMP Impact field – Select the GMP relevance of the material-source combination.

1. Specification Document Name field – Enter the name of the approved material specification against which supplier evidence will be assessed.
2. Specification Document Version field – Enter the version of the approved material specification.
3. Specification Document field – Upload the approved material specification document.
4. Specification Owner field – Identify the person or function responsible for the approved specification.
5. Specification Notes field – Enter additional information relevant to the approved specification.

1. Supplier Review Comments field – Enter a summary of the supplier's review of the evaluation request.
2. Feasibility field – Select Feasible, Feasible with Conditions, or Not Feasible.

1. Material Availability field – Indicate whether the proposed material is available.
2. Manufacturing Site field – Enter the site name or location where the material is manufactured.
3. Manufacturing Capability field – Indicate whether manufacturing capability is confirmed.
4. Additional Information field – Enter supplier comments about availability, lead time, constraints, and manufacturing capability.

1. Specification Validated field – Indicate whether the supplier considers the material aligned with the approved specification.
2. Validation Summary field – Enter a summary of supplier validation activities and any differences between supplier capability or results and the approved specification.

1. Supporting Document Type field – Select the type of supporting technical, quality, regulatory, validation, or supplier document.
2. Supporting Document field – Upload the supporting document.
3. Additional Comments field – Enter additional comments regarding the submitted evidence.

1. Review Summary field – Enter the Owner's overall assessment of the submitted evidence.
2. Review Completed field – Indicate whether the review is complete.
3. Reviewer Comments field – Enter Owner observations and comments supporting the review outcome.

1. Validation Test Results field – Upload laboratory results, qualification sample reports, comparability studies, or internal validation reports used to support the qualification decision.
2. Validation Completed field – Indicate whether validation is complete.

1. Supporting Documents field – Upload additional documents that support the Owner's findings after review and validation.

1. Overall Outcome field – Select Approved, Approved with Conditions, Rejected, or Canceled.
2. Decision Summary field – Enter a summary supporting the approval decision.
3. Effective Date field – Specify the date from which the approval becomes effective.
4. Closure Comments field – Enter a summary of the completed evaluation.
5. Closed By field – Identify the user closing the evaluation record.
6. Date Closed field – Specify the date the evaluation record was closed.

In the Filters panel fill one or more of the following fields:

1. Display Identifier field – Enter the Material Specification Evaluation display identifier to search for.
2. Title field – Enter the complete or partial title to search for.
3. State field – Filter by the current state. Base states are Draft, To Do, In Progress, and Done; configured substates are also available through currentState.
4. Creation Time field – Search by the timestamp when the Material Specification Evaluation was created.
5. Initiator Company field – Search by initiating company business name or identifier.
6. Assignee Company field – Search by assignee company business name or identifier.
7. Due Date field – Filter by the target completion date.
8. Evaluation Reason field – Filter by the reason the evaluation was initiated.
9. Material Name field – Enter the material name to search for.
10. Material Code field – Enter the Owner material identifier to search for.
11. Business Priority field – Filter by Business Priority.
12. Last Modified field – Search by the timestamp when the Material Specification Evaluation was last modified.
