This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Product Availability Intelligence, solution version 2.0 release, which is available on Validation and Production on 12 Dec 2023.

The following new or updated functionality is included in this release.

Receive Shortage Predictions for All Available NDCs and a Specified List of NDCs

In this release, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Pharmacies/Hospitals that own Product Availability Intelligence can get shortage predictions for:

(Default) Their specific NDCs list provided in the PAI_NDC_list.csv uploaded to the folder inbox/PAI_NDC_LIST via SFTP and for all the additional available NDCs that PAI can provide.

All available NDCs that PAI can provide without providing the PAI_NDC_list.csv.

Previously, Owners could get the shortage predictions only for the specific NDCs that were provided in a PAI_NDC_list.csv.

Based on the requirement provided by Owners, Product Availability Intelligence generates the shortage predictions, and Owners can view it through the Web UI or download it as a CSV file.
