Configure UAE Compliance

Shipment
The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in

Owners can select the location identifier type to populate the shipment report for a single product or multiple products with same MAH ID in the shipment.
- Select the Main Menu icon .
- Select UAE Compliance.
A new tab opens and displays information for the UAE Compliance app.
- Select the UAE Compliance Settings icon.
- Select the Edit icon in the General section to edit the following field:
- From Business ID – (Default) TraceLink uses the identifier in the shipment to populate the location fields in the Shipment report.
- MAH ID – TraceLink retrieves the MAH ID for the product from Master Data Exchange to populate the location fields in the Shipment report.

Owners need to add credentials in order for TraceLink to automatically submit reports to the Tatmeen system once they are generated. There can be single or multiple credentials configured in the Tatmeen system for a Company, Company Location, Partner, or Partner Location. Each MAH entity registered with Tatmeen system must use its own set of credentials to authenticate to the Tatmeen system.
- Select the Main Menu icon .
- Select UAE Compliance.
A new tab opens and displays information for the UAE Compliance app.
- Select the UAE Compliance Settings icon.
- Select the Actions icon in the Credentials section to add the credentials.
- In the New Credential section fill in the following fields:
- All if you have only a single credential configured in the Tatmeen system to submit the compliance reports. If you have multiple credentials configured in the Tatmeen system, for every MAH entity, add a corresponding credential under the Credentials screen. drop-down – Required. Select

The credentials are saved and the compliance reports are submitted automatically to the Tatmeen system.

Assign UAE Compliance roles

- Member - Standard Access – Allows users to view, search, filter, and export reports.
- Member - Expanded Access – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Standard Access in addition to manually generating specific reports and taking action on reports (e.g. regenerating a report).
- Application Administrator – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Expanded Access in addition to setting the workflow subscriptions and performing other administrator operations that relate to the application.
- Government Credential Administrator – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Standard Access in addition to add, edit, and remove credentials that are used to connect to the Tatmeen system.
