Configure Indonesia Compliance

Register
The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in for Indonesia Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Register Parent, Packing Aggregate and Send Product
The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in for Indonesia Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Owners need to add credentials in order for TraceLink to automatically submit reports to the BPOM once they are generated. There can be single or multiple credentials configured in the BPOM for a Company or Company Location. Each MAH entity registered with BPOM must use its own set of credentials to authenticate to the BPOM.
TraceLink has updated how credentials are stored and retrieved. To enable report submission, delete the existing credentials and re-create them using the same credential details.
- Select the Main Menu icon
. - Select Indonesia Compliance.
A new tab opens and displays information for the Indonesia Compliance app.
- Select the Manage Indonesia Credentials
icon on the Manage Indonesia Compliance screen. - Select the Actions
icon to add the credentials. - In the New Credentials section fill in the following fields:
- drop-down – Required. Select All if you have only single credential configured in the BPOM to submit the compliance reports. If you have multiple credentials configured in the BPOM, for every MAH entity, add a corresponding credential under the Manage Credentials screen.
- field – Required. Specify the user ID configured in the BPOM.
- field – Required. Specify the password configured in the BPOM for the specified .
- field – The description for the credential.
- Select .
The credentials are saved and the compliance reports are submitted automatically to the BPOM.
Tips
- Select the Action
icon, and then select to edit the credentials. Only the , , and can be edited. - Select the Action
icon, and then select to remove the credentials.
Assign Indonesia Compliance roles

- Member - Standard Access – Allows users to view, search, filter, and export reports.
- Member - Expanded Access – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Standard Access in addition to manually generating specific reports and taking action on reports (e.g. regenerating a report).
- Application Administrator – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Expanded Access in addition to setting the workflow subscriptions and performing other administrator operations that relate to the application.
- Government Credential Administrator – Allows user to manage the government credentials, such as location, user IDs, passwords, and description.
