Register

The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in Administer for Indonesia Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Serialized Operations Manager	Market Release	Generate Register Report for Market Release from Core Integration	TraceLink generates a Register Report for the products that are market released in Indonesia when they are submitted via core integration or the Web UI, as long as all of the event trigger conditions are met.

Register Parent, Packing Aggregate and Send Product

The event triggers (i.e. workflow subscriptions) for the report can be set in Administer for Indonesia Compliance. Make sure one of the following event triggers are enabled:

Serialized Operations Manager	Shipment	Generate Register Parent, Packing Aggregate and Send Product Reports for In Country Sales from ESM Integration	TraceLink generates Register Parent, Packing Aggregate and Send Product Reports for in-country sales shipments within Indonesia when they are submitted via ESM integration as long as all of the following trigger conditions are met: Event trigger conditions for Register Parent. Event trigger conditions for Packing Aggregate. Event trigger conditions for Send Product.

Owners need to add credentials in order for TraceLink to automatically submit reports to the BPOM once they are generated. There can be single or multiple credentials configured in the BPOM for a Company or Company Location. Each MAH entity registered with BPOM must use its own set of credentials to authenticate to the BPOM.

1. Select the Main Menu icon .
2. Select Indonesia Compliance.

   A new tab opens and displays information for the Indonesia Compliance app.

3. Select the Manage Indonesia Credentials icon on the Manage Indonesia Compliance screen.
4. Select the Actions icon to add the credentials.
5. In the New Credentials section fill in the following fields:
   1. Location drop-down – Required. Select All if you have only single credential configured in the BPOM to submit the compliance reports. If you have multiple credentials configured in the BPOM, for every MAH entity, add a corresponding credential under the Manage Credentials screen.
   2. User ID field – Required. Specify the user ID configured in the BPOM.
   3. Password field – Required. Specify the password configured in the BPOM for the specified User ID.
   4. Description field – The description for the credential.
6. Select Add.

   The credentials are saved and the compliance reports are submitted automatically to the BPOM.

Tips

• Select the Action icon, and then select Edit to edit the credentials. Only the User ID, Password, and Description can be edited.
• Select the Action icon, and then select Delete to remove the credentials.

• Member - Standard Access – Allows users to view, search, filter, and export reports.
• Member - Expanded Access – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Standard Access in addition to manually generating specific reports and taking action on reports (e.g. regenerating a report).
• Application Administrator – Gives users the same permissions as Member - Expanded Access in addition to setting the workflow subscriptions and performing other administrator operations that relate to the application.
• Government Credential Administrator – Allows user to manage the government credentials, such as location, user IDs, passwords, and description.
