Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, CMOs, 3PLs, Importers, Wholesale Distributors, and Pharmacies/Hospitals use Brazil Compliance to meet the reporting requirements for Law No. 13.410/2016. Brazil Compliance generates reports for regulated products as they move through the supply chain and TraceLink automatically submits those reports to the National Drug Control System (SNCM), which is Brazil's national reporting system.
At this time, Owners can submit reports manually or automatically to the SNCM.
