View dashboards

1. Select the Main Menu icon.

2. Select EdgeLink Intelligence.
3. Select Dashboards in the side menu.
4. Select the desired dashboard from the Dashboards drop-down:

   • Warehouse Operations - Operational Dashboard – Provides insights into the average number of scans performed by warehouse operators per hour or day to help monitor and compare productivity across locations.

   • Delivery - Scan Volume Dashboard – Displays the total number of scans recorded at each packaging level for outbound shipments to support accurate billing, invoicing, and performance analysis.

   • Delivery - Container Hierarchy Dashboard – Shows the complete container hierarchy built for each outbound shipment to help verify delivery accuracy and ensure alignment with billing data.

   • Delivery - Progress KPI Dashboard – Presents the latest shipment progress by showing the percentage of items picked versus pending to help track outbound delivery completion and resource utilization.

   • Receipt - Scan Accuracy Dashboard – Compares expected versus actual scans performed during inbound receiving to help ensure accuracy in quantity validation and adherence to defined receiving standards.

   • Receipt – SLA Performance Dashboard – Measures the total time taken to complete inbound receiving operations to help assess adherence to internal SLAs and improve overall process efficiency.

   • Receipt - Exception Summary Dashboard – Summarizes exceptions raised during inbound deliveries by type, ID, and supplier to support supplier evaluation and quality improvement efforts.

   • Receipt - Progress KPI Dashboard – Presents the latest receiving progress by showing the percentage of items received versus pending to help track inbound delivery completion and resource utilization.

   • Reserialization - Packaging Hierarchy Dashboard – Lists all child serial numbers transferred between pallets during reserialization to maintain accurate packaging hierarchies and audit traceability.

   • Relabel - Packaging Hierarchy Dashboard – Lists all child serial numbers transferred between pallets during relabel to maintain accurate packaging hierarchies and audit traceability.

   The screen refreshes and displays the dashboard in the main content area.

This is derived from the Warehouse Operations - Operational Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Scan Activity by SIT Operators – Shows the number of scans performed by each warehouse operator.

• Scan Activity by Transactions – Shows the number of scans performed for each transaction type.

• Scan Activity by Locations – Shows the number of scans performed at each location.

• Scan Activity by Dates – Shows the number of scans performed on each date.

• Transaction Summary – Shows the number of transactions performed for each transaction type.

• Transaction Trend by Dates – Shows the number of transactions performed on each date.

• Transaction Trend by Locations – Shows the number of transactions performed at each location.

• Transaction Trend by SIT Operators – Shows the number of transactions performed by each warehouse operator.

This is derived from the Delivery - Scan Volume Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Total Scans by Supplier – Shows the total number of scans performed for each supplier.

• Delivery-to-Packaging Summary – Shows the packaging-level serial number counts for each delivery number.

• Total Scans by Receiving Party – Shows the total number of scans performed for each receiving party.

• Delivery Volume by Supplier – Shows the total delivery volume for each supplier.

• Delivery Volume by Receiving Party – Shows the total delivery volume for each receiving party.

This is derived from the Delivery - Container Hierarchy Report and displays the following dashboard:

• Delivery-to-Packaging Scan Summary – Shows the total scans by packaging level for each delivery number.

This is derived from the Delivery - Progress KPI Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Picking Status by Delivery – Shows the picking status for each delivery number.

• Picking Status by Product/Lot – Shows the picking status by product and lot.

• Delivery Volume by Receiver – Shows the total delivery volume for each receiver.

• Delivery Volume by Dates – Shows the total delivery volume over time, grouped by date.

This is derived from the Receipt - Scan Accuracy Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Total Scans by Delivery – Shows the total number of scans performed for each delivery number.

• Delivery Volume by Supplier – Shows the total delivery volume for each supplier.

This is derived from the Receipt - SLA Performance Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Total Scans by Delivery – Shows the total number of scans performed for each delivery number.

• Delivery vs Receiving Time Overview – Shows delivery time versus receiving time for each delivery.

• Total Scans by Supplier – Shows the total number of scans performed for each supplier.

• Delivery Count by Supplier – Shows the number of deliveries for each supplier.

• Delivery Size by Supplier – Shows the delivery size (volume) for each supplier.

This is derived from the Receipt - Exception Summary Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Receipts vs Exceptions Overview – Shows a comparison of total receipts versus total exceptions.

• Exception Volume by Supplier – Shows the total exception volume for each supplier.

• Exception Volume by Type – Shows the total exception volume for each exception type.

• Day wise Exception Count – Shows the number of exceptions recorded on each date.

This is derived from the Receipt - Progress KPI Report and displays the following dashboards:

• Receiving Status by Delivery – Shows the receiving status for each delivery number.

• Receiving Status by Product/Lot – Shows the receiving status by product and lot.

• Delivery Volume by Suppliers – Shows the total delivery volume for each supplier.

• Delivery Volume by Dates – Shows the total delivery volume over time, grouped by date.

This is derived from the Relabel - Packaging Hierarchy Report and Reserialization - Packaging Hierarchy Report, and displays the following dashboards:

• Reserialize - Frequency Analysis – Shows the number of reserialization transactions over time by transaction date.

• Relabel - Frequency Analysis – Shows the number of relabeling transactions over time by transaction date.
