View reports

Reports are essential components used to visualize, analyze, and monitor business processes and performance using data collected from across the serialization system. This topic describes the steps required to view reports.

View reports

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.

  2. Select My Networks.
  3. Select a [SOM Network] from the Select your Network drop-down in the header.
  4. Select a Partner or location from the Select your Partner or Location drop-down in the header.
  5. Select Go.
  6. Select Reports from the side menu.

  7. Select the desired report from the Reports drop-down:
  8. Select the desired dashboard from the Dashboards drop-down:
    • Receiving Operation – Location Summary – Provides a summary of receiving activities by warehouse or location for a selected period, including receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail counts, received shipments, and operator activity.

    • Receiving Operation – User Activity – Provides insights into operator performance for receiving operations, including completed receiving sessions, processed serial numbers, pass and fail rates, and received shipments.

    • Receiving Operation – Scan Activity – Provides detailed insights into serial number scanning activities, including scan volumes, processing trends, average scans per session, and throughput metrics.

    • Receiving Operation – Reconciliation Summary – Provides a summary of quantity reconciliation results for receiving sessions against associated shipments, enabling a consolidated view of receiving accuracy and performance.

    • Receiving Operation – Error Summary – Summarizes receiving operation failures by error type for a selected period, including the frequency and percentage of each error category to help identify the most common issues affecting receiving efficiency and data quality.

    • Receiving Operation – Session Details – Summarizes receiving session performance, including session duration, processed shipments, scanned serial numbers, pass and fail counts, operator activity, locations, and timestamps to help analyze operational throughput, productivity, and quality.

  9. The screen refreshes and displays the reports table in the main content area.

Tips

  • To remove a filter, select the Close button in the chip containing the filter.

  • Right-click on any row to open the context menu and select Export. In the Export menu, select:

    • CSV Export – To export the report in CSV format.

    • Excel Export – To export the report in Excel format.
