Serialized Operations Manager (Classic)

The TTS Serialized Operations Manager (SOM) application (app) primarily tracks and records serialization events while maintaining serial number statuses and parent-child relationships. SOM is to serialization management what Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are to warehouses operations (e.g. product storage and movement).

SOM serves as a companion to WMS and ERP systems by supporting the management of serialized inventory operations, such as:

  • Exceptions management

  • Serialized inventory operational reporting

  • Tracking product movement into, within, and out of the warehouse

  • Warehouse mobility device integration (Edge Scanners)

Log in to TTS Serialized Operations Manager

  1. Select the Main Menu icon.

  2. Select My Networks.
  3. Select a [SOM Network] from the Select your Network drop-down in the header.
  4. Select a Partner or location from the Select your Partner or Location drop-down in the header.
  5. Select Go.

  1. Select TTS Serialized Operations Manager from the left menu.

  2. Select Serialized Operations Manager from the left menu.

  3. In the SOM login screen, enter your email address and select Next.

  4. Enter your password and select Login.

    TraceLink sends the user an email with a one time code.

  5. Enter the one time code in the Multi-Factor Authentication screen.

  6. Select Next to complete the login.

    7. The Serialized Operations Manager home screen opens with options to track and record serialization events.
