Product Information Exchange enables companies who link to the TraceLink owned Product Information Manager app as Producers and Consumers to view the information they exchange with TraceLink that is routed through Product Information Manager. The communication between Product Information Exchange and Product Information Manager enables companies to exchange information with not only TraceLink, but also indirect partners in the supply chain while keeping their data separate.

In this release, companies who link to Product Information Manager as a Consumers can use Product Information Exchange to view recall information exchanged with TraceLink, such as Public Recall Advisements, Historical Sync Requests, Subscription Requests, and Consumer Responses.
