Features
The following new or updated functionality is included in this release.
Support for two-state Boolean fields on New and View/Edit Pages
Solution Designers can control whether a Business Object Type's Boolean fields behave as tri-state or two-state by setting the field's Disable Clear State property value. When the Boolean field is added to the New and View/Edit pages, then the setting ensures that the UI behavior is controlled. By default, the Boolean field displays in tri-state mode.
- If the Disable Clear State property is set to false, the Boolean field displays in tri-state mode.
- If the Disable Clear State property is set to true, the Boolean field displays in two-state mode.

Add page navigation operations to Search and View/Edit pages to enable cross-object navigation
Solution Designers can configure specialized navigation operations on Search and View/Edit pages to navigate to a page of a different object type. When a user selects the configured operation button, the system opens the target page and automatically populates fields using context from the source page. For more details, see configure UI operation.

Create Standard solutions for system applications
A Standard User/System Solution Designer can create standard solutions for system applications. OPUS system applications support user, enterprise, and multi-enterprise use cases across the platform. To unlock next-generation system application capabilities, Solution Designers create standard solutions for system applications. Because system applications differ from standard applications, this design experience requires specialized capabilities in OSE. The solution menu displays only the required items.
Solution Designers with this role can:
- Create and fully configure subtypes from system application base objects.
- Associate base objects or subtypes with a solution without creating a page type.
-
Access all supported solution menu items and objects without additional setup.
