Search business transactions
Owners and their Partners search for and view B2B messages for all Multienterprise Information Network Tower business transactions (non serialized transactions), such as purchase orders, that are exchanged on TraceLink asynchronously. This functionality enables users to troubleshoot message issues. Business transactions sent using the Web UI also display on this screen for status and troubleshooting purposes.
Search and view business transactions
Perform this task to search for and view the business transactions.
All the fields within this screen are populated with read-only values.- Select a [MPL Network] from the drop-down in the header.
- Select a (e.g. your entire company or a Link to a specific Partner or internal location) in the header and select the button.
- Select from the left menu.
Partners must have the correct roles assigned if using the Owner's instance of Multienterprise Information Network Tower. - Select .
- Select the Filter
button. - In the Filters panel, fill in one or more of the following fields to filter the results:
- field – The period of time in which the updates to the business transactions occurred:
- Today – The transaction was modified within the last few hours.
- Yesterday – The transaction was updated within the past 24 hours.
- Last Week – The transaction was modified in the last 7 days.
- Last Month – The transaction was modified in the last 30 days.
- Last 3 Months – The transaction was modified in the last 90 days.
- Last 6 Months – The transaction was modified in the last 180 days.
- Custom Range – Select a specific period of time that the transaction was modified in from the calendar.
drop-down – The state of the business transactions:
- Draft – The transaction is in the draft state.
- Submit – The transaction has been created.
- Processing – The application is getting ready to handle incoming transactions by doing some initial tasks, such as copying the files it receives.
- Processed – The application changes the standard information into a format that is easy to use and specific to your transaction.
- Preparing to Send – The application is getting ready to send out a transaction and is doing some initial tasks, like copying the necessary information for the process.
- Sending –The application sends out business transactions to the buyer or supplier.
- Sent – The transaction is successfully completed and shared with the receiving party.
- drop-down – The status of the transaction.
- field – The name of the owner company.
- field – The name of the partner company.
- field – A unique identifier assigned to each transaction
- field – The type of the transaction.
- field – A category that further classifies the transaction type.

A list of business transactionss displays based on the filter results.

Select the link for the business transactions from the results table.
The View Business Transactions screen displays.
- In the General section, view the following fields:
- field – The type of the transaction.
- field – The unique identifier of the transaction.
- field – Displays the status of the submitted transaction. This field is editable only when the work flow is in Processing, Processed, Preparing to Send, or Sending state..

- In the Inbound Status section, view the following fields:

Export business transaction data
Owners and their Partners can export filtered business transaction data to a CSV file enabling structured access to transaction details such as transaction type, state, results, and any associated error messages. This functionality supports both senders and receivers of business transactions by providing a reliable way to review exchanged data outside the system. In the Export Files section, they can filter and view export history, track the status of each export, and download completed files.
Perform this task to filter, view, and download the exported files.
- Select a [MPL Network] from the drop-down in the header.
- Select a (e.g. your entire company or a Link to a specific Partner or internal location) in the header and select the button.
- Select from the left menu.

button. - In the Export panel, fill in the following fields:
- The exported file type
- The number of transactions exported at a time.
- the reference name of the exported data.

The message is displayed stating that the export is queued successfully.
- Select in the messages dialog box.
- Select on the top bar of the screen.
The Search Import/Export Files panel is displayed. - Select the Filter
button and fill in the following fields- The reference for the exported data.
- The name of the licensed application.
drop-down – The current status of each export request:
Select All – Displays all available export statuses.
Created – The export request has been created but has not started processing.
In Progress – The export is currently being processed.
Succeeded – The export completed successfully and includes all data.
Partially Succeeded – The export completed, but some data could not be included.
Failed – The export did not complete due to an error.
- The date and time the export process was completed.

The results display in the table.

The Export Details screen displays the following information in read-only mode:
