This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Serialized Product Intelligence, solution version 9.0.0 release, which is available on Validation on 17 Jun 2025 and Production on 15 Jul 2025.

UI features
The following new or updated UI functionality will be included in this release.
View Exports Screen Listing all Download Requests
Owners and Partners can use the View Exports screen to download recently exported search results and serialized event details and to view past exports. After exporting a file, Owners and Partners get an in-app notification, as well as an email notification, with a link to the View Exports screen.
The View Exports screen lists all downloads with their export status, exported date, the date of expiry, and the file name of the exported file with the URL to download the file.
Previously, export requests directly generated a download link that expired in 1 hour causing failures if accessed later. Additionally, these links were delivered through in-app notifications or email notifications making it harder to retrieve these links later.
The View Export screen maintains a record of past downloads for 90 days.

Export Serialized Event Details for Reconcile Lots Report
For the Reconcile Lots report, Owners and Partners can now export serialized event details for all operations on the View Lot Operations History screen based on the filter criteria applied.
The data displayed on the View Lot Operations History screen is at an operation level and shows information such as the Transaction ID, Product, Lot Number, Operation, Serial Number Count, etc. for each operation.
The new button exports the information at a serial number level, while the existing button exports this information at an operation level. For example, if the search results consist of 10 operations, each with 10 serial numbers, selecting the button exports all serial numbers included in each operation.
Only 1 export can be initiated at a time. The current export must be completed before starting a new export. A maximum of 2 million serial numbers can be exported at once.
