Organize and complete tasks

Tasks allow users at companies that own or link to APT to collaborate with their internal locations and external Partners to organize and track activities that must be done to complete a project. These tasks can be leveraged by any industry, any business segment, and any department.

Define task templates

Owners must define at least one task template. Templates standardize your company's tasks by providing the default values and sub-tasks that automatically populate, streamlining the process of adding a new task.

Add a task

Owners must first define the task templates to use when adding a new task.

Modify a task

Monitor ongoing tasks

Monitor tasks at a high level to understand the state of all tasks that you have access to.

Review task and sub-task metrics

Review a summary of tasks opened or closed in the last 6 months for the selected Network and Team. This data allows Owners to easily compare the numbers on a month-by-month basis and identify trends or outliers related to the opening and closing of tasks and sub-tasks that might need further investigation.
