NMVS Compliance

National Medicines Verification Systems (NMVS) Compliance allows Owners to meet the verification and reporting requirements of the EU Falsified Medicines Directive (EU/2011/62), including:

• Visibility into messages sent from TraceLink to an NMVS: NMVS Compliance displays Smart Event Manager Set Event API messages, which verify serial numbers and report their statuses. Users can view and search these messages for compliance and troubleshooting purposes
• Acceptance of updated NMVS terms and conditions: Users can access updated terms and conditions for the NMVS in countries where they do business (electronic acceptance of terms and conditions is mandatory in some countries).
