Queries

Use the Queries functions to return information from the Serialized Operations Manager serialization repository about a specific lot or serial number.

Get Serial Number Status returns serial number data, including:

• Status
• Product attributes
• Parent serial number
• Child serial numbers
• Repackaged serial number information

This information helps determine if a serial number is in an appropriate state for the next action (e.g. picking, shipping, receiving).

Get Serial Number History returns data about a serial number's event history.

Get Lot Status returns data about a product code and lot, including:

• Packaging code
• Expiration date
• Quality release status
• Quantity of serial numbers (that associates with the lot)

Reconcile Container returns a comparison of the physical contents of a serialized container against that of the aggregation record within TraceLink.
