Import Identifiers for Receiving Locations

  • Download the current location identifiers, and then add, edit, or remove identifiers within that CSV file.
  1. Select Receiving Location Identifiers from the Management landing page.

    or

    Expand the Management Navigation in the header of any screen, and select Receiving Location Identifiers.

  2. Select the Download Current Identifiers icon if any identifiers were previously imported to TraceLink.
  3. Select Choose File.
  4. Browse for and select the desired CSV File (see Formatting the CSV for more information).

    This CSV file overwrites the existing file. Ensure the imported file contains all existing identifiers or the system removes them.

  5. Select Submit.

    The Management landing page displays, and TraceLink processes the CSV file asynchronously, and then replaces the existing file with the new file.

  • To download the current identifiers, select the Download Current Identifiers icon.
