Configure Documents of Serialization (DoS)
                                                                - Select  from the Management landing pageor Expand the Navigation in the header of any screen, and select Documents of Serialization. 
- Enter a customized  (optional). Change only affects the PDF format. Change only affects the PDF format.
- Select the  in which the document is generated (optional):- English (default)
- French
 
- Select the  that displays in the DoS from the checkboxes (optional):- Select All (default)
- Internal Material Number – The internal number given to the product by the Owner.
- Country Drug Code – The identifier that indicates which country the product will be distributed.
- Packaging Code – The serialized code applied to the product, e.g. GTIN. Contains the code type and the code itself.
- Packaging Site – The site to which the product is packaged. Contains a site prefix and a site ID (e.g. EG DUNS 769820861).
- Production Line ID – The identifier used at the manufacturer site to determine the physical location of production.
- Production Date – The date that the product was produced.
- Purchase Order Number – The number of the Purchase Order associated with the product being documented.
- Verified By – The user that verifies the product.
- Verification Date – The date the product is verified.
- Company Logo – The Owner's logo.
 
- Enter the that precedes the name of the user who verified the DoS (optional and disabled unless Verified By under is selected).
- Enter the that precedes the date the DoS was verified (optional and disabled unless Verified By under is selected).
- Select the location of the  in the DoS (optional and disabled unless Company Logo under  is selected).- Top Left – (default) The logo displays in the top-left.
- Top Right – The logo displays in the top-right.
 
- Select .TraceLink saves the updates Documents of Serialization configuration.

Tips
                                                                - Changes for some fields may not reflect in all DoS viewing formats (e.g. PDF, Print, and UI).
- To reset the DoS configuration to the TraceLink default values, select  .  Resetting the DoS configuration options cannot be undone. Resetting the DoS configuration options cannot be undone.
