How to Navigate to this Screen
                                                                Select the  Partners  icon in the Actions column on the Applications screen.

 Why Use this Screen
Why Use this Screen
                                                                - Manage Trade Partner users that have access to the Owner's application (e.g. revoke a user's access, make a user the Manager of the Supplier Issue Tracking app).
- Download the table on this screen to a CSV file for reference.

                                                                - – The name of the Partner company.
- – The Partner company's specific location.

- Name – The name that the Owner assigns to their app.
- Owner – The company that owns the app.
- Description – The Owner's description of the app (displays as -- if the Owner did not enter a description).

                                                                - Status – The status of the Link to the Partner entity.  (Active) – The Partner entity accepted the Link invitation for the app. (Active) – The Partner entity accepted the Link invitation for the app.
 (Inactive) – The Partner  entity has been removed from the app. (Inactive) – The Partner  entity has been removed from the app.
 (Invited) - The Partner entity has not responded to the Link invitation yet. (Invited) - The Partner entity has not responded to the Link invitation yet.
 
- Company – The name of the Partner company.
- Location – The Partner company's specific location.
- Managers – The number of Managers assigned to the Partner's Link.  Hover over the Info Hover over the Info icon to view the names and emails of the Managers. icon to view the names and emails of the Managers.
- Date Linked or Invited – The date that the Partner accepted the Link invitation (for Active Partners), or the date that the Owner invited the Partner to establish a Link to the app (for Invited Partners).

                                                                TraceLink only allows a user to assign a Manager to Supplier Issue Tracking Links that:
- Were originally configured without a Manager AND
- Do not currently have a Manager.

The Remove Partner? dialog box displays.
The dialog box closes, the Partner is removed from the app. The Partner remains in the table with a Status of Inactive ( ).

                                                                - Select the Resend Invitation  icon in the Actions column for any row with an icon in the Actions column for any row with an Invited Status. Invited Status.The Resend Invitation dialog box displays. 
- Select .The dialog box closes, and TraceLink resends the Link invitation.
