- Expand the Navigation in the header of any screen, and select Generated Messages.

Why Use this Screen
                                                                View, edit, and reset customizable templates for system-generated emails that TraceLink sends when changes are made in Change Management.
Use custom email templates to provide others with useful information, specific to the company's change management process. TraceLink sends these emails when events occur in the Change Management app (e.g. a change is created).

All templates within the designated table reset to TraceLink defaults.

The View [Template Name] dialog box displays with a sample of the template email.
