Operational Reports

• Generate reports about commissioned serial numbers within a lot, a particular lot's status, or uncommissioned serial numbers for a given lot number, packaging code, or in the entire Serialized Operations Manager repository.
• View and download previously generated operational reports about the company's serialized operations for record or reference.

Use Create Operational Reports to request one of the following report types:

• Commissioned Serial Numbers - Reports on a lot or batch of serial numbers, including the state of each serial number and aggregation hierarchy, with a Product code and Lot Number. This report returns all commissioned serial numbers in a lot.
• Lot Summary - Reports on lots or batches in TraceLink with a Product code or Market Code. This report returns lot details (e.g. expiration date, manufacture date, commission location).
• Uncommissioned Serial Numbers - Reports on Decommissioned or Destroyed serial numbers with a Product (packaging) code within a specific date range (within 30 days or less). This report returns a list of all non-commissioned serial numbers in a lot.

Use View Operational Reports to view the following Serialized Operations reports from the last 14 days:

• Commissioned Serial Numbers - Reports on a lot or batch of serial numbers, including the state of each serial number and aggregation hierarchy, with a Product code and Lot Number. This report returns all commissioned serial numbers in a lot.
• Lot Summary - Reports on lots or batches in TraceLink with a Product code or Market Code. This report returns lot details (e.g. expiration date, manufacture date, commission location).
