Outbound Movement

Use the Outbound Movement functions to communicate outbound deliveries, which indicate the transfer of product ownership for the following events:

• Sales
• Transfers
• Return Shipments

View Deliveries to track and manage outbound deliveries that await processing (pending). When viewing deliveries, the following actions are available:

1. Update Delivery information for:
   • Delivery changes and deletions
   • Order Items updates
   • Serial Numbers updates

2. View Submitted Deliveries and/or download serial numbers from that delivery.

   • Void Delivery if it contains incorrect information or for a customer cancellation.

Create Deliveries to communicate shipment details.
