View Export Tertiary Packaging Report Details

Overview

Select the View Details link for a specific Export Tertiary Packaging report in the Actions column of the table on the Search Compliance Reports screen.

View the Export Tertiary Packaging report generated by TraceLink.

Export Tertiary Packaging reports capture items that are exported from India as a sale or transfer.

Reports generate automatically when certain events occur in TraceLink.

Getting Started

A Pharmaceutical Manufacturer or Exporter with administrator access must configure workflows to generate reports.

See Configure Event Workflows and Event Triggers for configuration details.

Report Information

  • Service Publisher - The Owner responsible for sending the reports to the India Government.
  • Report Date - The date the report generates. Format is [DD] [Mmm] [YYYY] [HH]:[MM] [AM/PM] GMT by [Name] of [Owner] via Info Exchange ("Info Exchange" displays as a link that leads to the corresponding View Transaction Details screen in Info Exchange).
  • File Name - The name of the file containing the Export Tertiary Packaging report to be uploaded to the iVEDA system.
  • Report Type - Displays as Export Tertiary Packaging.
  • Report Status - Displays as Generated.

The region that the product is shipped to. Displays as one of the following:

Tertiary Information

  • SSCC - The container serial number.
  • Number of Products - The number of different products included in the SSCC.
  • Type - Indicates whether the SSCC contains only one product and lot number or more than one product and lot number. Displays as Heterogeneous or Homogeneous.
  • GTIN - The each-level GTINs of the products in the SSCC.
  • Lot Number - The lot numbers of the products in the SSCC.

Aggregation Information

This section displays only if one or more tertiary parent containers in the reported shipment contain non-exempt products (i.e. products with a Target Market Exemption of False in Product Master Data).

  • Total Packaging Levels - The total amount of packaging levels associated with the product.
  • Aggregation Information - Displays a View Hierarchy link, which navigates to the View Aggregation Hierarchy screen for the reported parent serial numbers and children.
  • Packaging Quantities - The quantity of items for each of the following packaging levels:
    • Pallet - The level of packaging with cases grouped together on a pallet.
    • Case/Shipper - A group of innerpacks/bundles or a group of eaches if the packaging hierarchy does not include innerpacks/bundles.
    • Inner Pack/Bundle - A group of the smallest saleable unit of the product.
    • Each - The smallest saleable unit a product can be serialized in.
