Company Information How-Tos

Edit Company Information

Hover over Company Administration on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Company Information.
In the Profile section:
1. Select the company's Industry from the drop-down:
  - Chemicals – The company specializes in the composition of substances, may mix substances in preparation for dispensation, and has a shop selling medicines and cosmetics.
  - Consumer Products – The company produces products for consumers.
  - Computers & Electronics – The company specializes in computers and electronics.
  - Energy – The company operates in energy.
  - Food & Beverage – The company produces food and beverages.
  - Government – The company is a government entity.
  - Industrial Equipment – The company manufactures industrial equipment for the pharmaceutical supply chain.
  - Life Sciences – The company operates in the life sciences.
  - Manufacturing – The company manufactures product.
  - Retail – The company sells product to the consumer.
  - Other (Please Specify) – The company's industry does not fit into the other options. If selected, a mandatory text field displays for a brief description.
    Maximum is 150 characters.
2. Select the company's Business Segment within the industry:
  - Pharmaceutical – The company works with pharmaceutical products.
  - Biopharmaceutical – The company works with pharmaceutical products manufactured in or derived from biological sources.
  - Generics – The company works with generic pharmaceuticals.
  - Medical Devices/Equipment – The company works with devices developed and used for medical purposes.
  - Over the Counter (OTC) – The company works with medicines available over-the-counter.
  - Nutraceuticals – The company works with a specific class of over-the-counter (OTC) product used for health and nutrition benefits.
  - Contract Manufacturing – The Pharmaceutical Manufacturer contracts the company as a third-party manufacturer of the product.
  - Contract Packaging – The Pharmaceutical Manufacturer contracts the company as a third-party packager of the product.
  - Contract Research – The Pharmaceutical Manufacturer contracts the company as a third-party researcher of the product.
  - Distribution – The company distributes product.
  - API/Excipient/Raw Materials – The company works with active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), excipients, or raw materials.
  - Other (Please Specify) – The company's industry does not fit into the other options. If selected, a mandatory text field displays for a brief description.
    Maximum is 150 characters.
3. Select the Number of Employees working at the company (optional):
  - 1-100
  - 101-500
  - 501-1000
  - 1001-10,000
  - More than 10,000
4. Enter a brief Description of the company, with a maximum of 600 characters (optional).
Select Choose File to select a New Logo (optional).
The image file type must be JPG, GIF, or PNG, with a maximum file size of 100 KB. The image size should be 100 pixels wide by 40 pixels high.
In the Headquarters section, enter the address and contact information of the company's headquarters:
1. Enter the Address 1 in the text field.
2. Enter the Address 2 in the text field (optional).
3. Enter the City in the text field.
4. Enter the State / Province in the text field.
5. Enter the Postal Code in the text field.
6. Select the Country from the drop-down.
7. Enter the Telephone in the text field (optional).
8. Enter the Fax in the text field (optional).
In the Business Contact section, enter the contact information for the company's business contact:
1. Enter the Name in the text field (optional).
2. Enter the Phone in the text field (optional).
3. Enter the Email in the text field (optional).
Select Submit.
The screen refreshes, and the updated company information is saved.
