View ServiceLink Details

Overview

Select View Details in the Actions column of the results table on the Manage ServiceLinks screen.

Perform administrative tasks for a specific Link:

  • View details about the Link and export the information to CSV file for reference.
  • Resubmit the Link (if it failed).
  • Remove the Link.

The Company Administration ServiceLinks function manages Links for US Product Track and Multienterprise Process Connect only. Manage Links for other apps in Management.

When you select Create ServiceLinks, it searches for the company on the network. If it does not find the company on the network, it creates a No Match Found.

ServiceLink Information

  • Service Type – The type of app through which the Link establishes a business relationship with a Partner.
  • Service ID – The unique identifier defined for the specific app.
  • Status – The status of the Link.
  • Last Updated – Date that a user last updated the Link, as well as the name and company of the user.

Uploaded ID and Administrator

  • Uploaded ID – The Partner identifier uploaded by the user's company that the TraceLink Network uses to establish a Link.
  • Adminstrator – The email address of the initial Manager added when the user's company uploaded the Link information.

Master Data Information

The following fields populate from the imported CSV file or Company and Partner Master Data.

  • Company Name – The name of the Linked Partner.
  • Street 1 – The street address of the Partner's location.
  • Street 2 – Any additional address information.
  • City – The city of the Partner's location.
  • State / Region – The state or region of the Partner's location.
  • Postal Code – The postal code of the Partner's location.
  • Country – The country of the Partner's location.

Subscribing Entity (On TraceLink Network)

This section only displays if a Link was established (i.e. if the information provided when the Link was requested successfully corresponded to an entity on the TraceLink Network).

The following fields populate from the Partner's Company Master Data.

  • Company Name – The name of the Partner company.
  • Administrator(s) – Administrator(s) that the Partner has assigned to this Link.

The following fields populate from the Partner's Company Master Data, confirmed by a TraceLink Network Administrator.

  • Entity Name – The name of the external Partner company or a specific internal or external location.

  • Street 1 – The street address of the specific company or location.
  • Street 2 – Any additional address information.
  • City – The city of the specific company or location.
  • State / Region – The state or region of the specific company or location.
  • Postal Code – The postal code of the specific company or location.
  • Country – The country of the specific company or location.

Available Actions

  1. Select Remove ServiceLink.

    The Confirm Removal of ServiceLink dialog box displays.

  2. Select Confirm.

    The dialog box closes, and the Link is removed from the app.

Resubmit a failed ServiceLink after updating Master Data.

  • Select Resubmit.

    The screen reloads, and the Link is resbumitted.

  • Select the Download CSV icon above the tab.

    The file downloads. This CSV file includes the information on the Identifiers and Regulatory Licenses tabs.
