SAP IDoc Settings

Select the SAP IDoc Settings tab on the Publish New Service screen.

Configure the default settings for the company's ProcessLinks, which TraceLink applies in the processing and delivery of outbound IDoc messages.

• SAP IDoc Receiver Settings
  • My SAP Client Number – SAP client number for the company.
  • My Logical System Name – SAP logical system name for the company.
  • My Logical System Port – SAP logical system port for the company.
• SAP IDoc Partner Profile
  • Sender Partner Number – The SAP Partner number of the Partner that sends messages to the company.
  • Sender Partner Port – The SAP Partner port of the Partner that sends messages to the company.
  • Sender Partner Type – The Partner type of the Partner that sends messages to the company.
    • KU (Customer)
    • LI (Vendor)
    • LS (Logical System)
    • US (User)
    • B (Bank)
    • GP (Business Partner)
  • Sender Partner Function – The Partner function of the Partner that sends messages to the company, based on the Sender Partner Type selected. Disabled if the Partner Type is US (User), B (Bank), or GP (Business partner).

1. In the SAP IDoc Receiver Settings section:
   1. Enter My SAP Client Number in the text field.
   2. Enter My Logical System Name in the text field.
   3. Enter My Logical System Port in the text field.
2. In the SAP IDoc Partner Profile section:
   1. Enter a Sender Partner Number in the text field.
   2. Enter a Sender partner Port in the text field.
   3. Select a Sender Partner Type from the drop-down.
   4. Select a Sender Partner Function from the drop-down.
3. Select Submit.

   Users cannot select Submit until all tabs on the Publish New Service or Configure Published Service Settings screen have been completed.

   The Manage Services screen displays, and TraceLink activates the application.
