                                                                Configure the credentials that companies and locations use to authenticate to Markirovka (MDLP) when submitting Russia Compliance reports and downloading notifications that MDLP generates.

                                                                - Credential Type – The type of credentials to enter, based on whether the reporting entity must use credentials with a digital certificate.- Domestic – The reporting entity must use a digital certificate (exportable or non-exportable) when authenticating to MDLP (e.g. the reporting entity is a location in Russia).
- Foreign – The reporting entity does not use a digital certificate when authenticating to MDLP (e.g. the reporting entity is an MAH in a country other than Russia).
 
- Status – The status of the credentials with MDLP.- Pending Verification – The credentials are added in TraceLink, but have not yet been verified by MDLP. MDLP verifies credentials asynchronously, and domestic credentials cannot move past the Pending Verification status until a digital certificate is uploaded to the TraceLink server in Russia and processed by MDLP.
- Verified – MDLP verified the credentials successfully.
- Verification Failed – MDLP was unable to verify the credentials.

                                                                -  – Identifies the Russia Account Number of the reporting entity.- – The Russia Account Number registered with MDLP, which is used to identify the reporting entity.
  This value must be entered as an identifier in Company or Partner Master Data and must be unique within the application. This value is mandatory for a Domestic Credential Type non-exportable certificate. Do not enter any value for exportable certificates. -  – Identifies the credentials that the  uses to log in to the MDLP portal.- – The Russia-assigned user name that the reporting entity uses to log in to the MDLP portal.
- – The Russia-assigned password for the (displays and is required only if the Credential Type is Foreign).
 
-  – Identifies the credentials for the Accounting System (i.e. TraceLink) that the  registered with MDLP.- – The Russia-assigned Client ID for the Accounting System.

If the Credential Type is Domestic with a non-exportable certificate, the  User ID and Password generated by TraceLink display in the confirmation message. This User ID and Password must be used when configuring the Russia Report Signature Appender app  to retrieve reports from Russia Compliance.  Administrators must copy and retain the User ID and Password before dismissing the confirmation message. The User ID and Password are not displayed outside of the confirmation message and cannot be retrieved elsewhere.  See the Russia Compliance Help Center for more information. Upload an Exportable Digital Certificate for Domestic Credentials
                                                                For Owners who choose to use exportable certificates, MDLP requires the Domestic Credential Type to have digital certificate available on the TraceLink server in Russia. Administrators upload digital certificates with the Digital Certificate Upload REST API, which uses a security token that the Administrator generates in the Web UI.

                                                                            Select for the Domestic Credential Type. The Token for Domestic Credentials dialog box displays with the security token used to upload the digital certificate.  The security token is valid for 30 minutes after generation. The security token is valid for 30 minutes after generation.

                                                                            Select . The dialog box closes and the token is copied to the clipboard.
