DTTS Credentials

Overview

Select the DTTS Credentials tab on the Publish New Service or the Configure Published Service Settings screen.

Configure the credentials that companies use to authenticate to the Drug Track and Trace System (DTTS) and Package Transfer Service (PTS) in Saudi Arabia when submitting compliance information.

DTTS Credentials

  • Location GLN – The GLN of the location that the User Name and Password are associated to.
  • User Name – The SFDA-assigned user name.
  • Password – The password associated with the User Name.

Credentials are required for each location that submits reports to the DTTS and must be entered in Production.

Available Actions

  1. Select Add Credentials.

    A new row displays in the table.

  2. Enter the Location GLN in the text field.
  3. Enter the User Name in the text field.
  4. Enter the Password in the text field.
  5. Select Submit.

    Users cannot select Submit until all tabs on the Publish New Service or Configure Published Service Settings screen have been completed.

    The Manage Services screen displays, and TraceLink activates the application.
