Service Administrators

Overview

Select the Service Administrators tab on the Configure Subscription Settings screen.

Add Link Managers to an app.

Service Administrators

  • User – The name or email of the user assigned as a Manager.

Available Actions

  1. Select Add Another Service Administrator in the header of the tab.
  2. Enter a User in the type-ahead field, or select the type-ahead icon to see all users.

  3. Select Submit.

    The Manage Services screen displays, and TraceLink saves the updated configuration.

Delete does not display if the app only has one Manager assigned.

  1. Select Delete in the Actions column of the table.
  2. Select Submit.

    The Manage Services screen displays, and TraceLink saves the updated configuration.
